ABOUT US

Founded by an award-winning design and engineering team, OmniMask LLC develops cutting-edge personal protection equipment.

We partnered with faculty of the U.S. Naval Academy to develop our namesake mask. The USNA houses and operates next-generation additive manufacturing capabilities within the Armed Services. These capabilities were utilized to produce and test multiple prototypes over 18 months with the final result one of the most innovative, comfortable and effective masks in the industry.

We perform all design in the USA. Depending on the product, we manufacture in the USA or overseas.

How we Design Products

We design every new product with three operating principles:

We build comfort into the core of each product. People are more likely to wear a mask and wear it correctly when it is comfortable.

We design for interoperability with other brands. We want you to have access to filters from a variety of manufacturers to increase versatility and redundancy in the face of crisis.

We make sure that our products are effective. We want our customers to be confident in the ability of OmniMask to provide them and their loved ones the safety they require and deserve.

I develop award-winning products and services for companies in a variety of fields.

Most are embedded systems built to life- or mission-critical standards, including consumer and automotive electronics. Others are primarily mechanical in nature, such as outdoor military gear. A growing number are medical and quasi-medical products, such as fog-free clear reusable masks and IOT therapeutic devices.

While some projects are straightforward, others are highly complex and require diverse skillsets. For the latter, I typically build and lead (or co-lead) a small team of talented specialists. Depending on need, I assist with setting up domestic and overseas manufacturing and assembly, including divvying up and anonymizing production and assembly to reduce tariffs and protect IP.

My background includes nearly two decades in business development, focused on developing strategies and partnerships for launching and selling new products into new markets. In addition to a law degree from Cornell, I hold a specialization in international law and have led or co-led nearly a dozen rounds of venture and seed investments. I have guest lectured on innovation for undergraduate and graduate programs at UC Berkeley, UT Austin, and the US Naval Academy.
